About the Author

Dani McGuire is a yoga therapist, yoga teacher, ayurveda wellness counselor, and founder of the Pranayoga Institute of Yoga and Holistic Health and the Pranayoga Foundation in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She is also creator of Sattva Vinyasa method of yoga and the IAYT-accredited Sattva Yoga Therapy Diploma Program.
